Ingredients

    6 cups Chicken Broth
    3 cups Frozen Chopped Spinach
    1 can Diced Tomatoes with juice
    3 small carrots chopped match-stick style
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
    1/2 cup summer squash, chopped
    1.5 TBL garlic powder
    1.5 TBL Italian Seasoning
    1 cup Cheese Tortellini

Directions

In medium sized pan, saute onions, celery, spinach, carrots and squash. In large pot, add chicken broth, diced tomatoes and seasonings. Add sauteed vegetables. Bring to a boil and simmer until zucchini, carrots, squash is cooked through. Right before serving prepare cheese tortellini according to directions. Add to soup and serve.
