That seems like something I want to try for my plant based paleo diet. I'm going to use low sodium soy sauce. I don't want my blood pressure to go up again. Like she said, lite soy sauce.

Make sure you stirfry this longer than Meg does---it will not be heated through otherwise. That said, any combination of veggies and meats work. And as an aside, is there anyway to have SP remove those annoying spam comments???

Looks just like what I made for dinner minus the peanut oil. I used chicken broth instead. Yum
"baby bellos" i.e. small portobellos are in fact cremini mushrooms, portobello mushrooms are creminis allowed to grow up.

Total side note, it cracks me up how many times the freeze frame of Chef Meg has her facial features looking just hilarious!!! I have noticed that more and more often! lol! Recipe sounds awesome and I will check out the Asian section of my grocer more careful!

Looks really good. I liked the idea of using pre-cooked chicken and that slaw mix. I also learned that you could buy ginger ready to go in a jar, I didn't know that.
don't use corn starch to thicken the sauce...its just about as bad for you as corn syrup is. use teh arrowroot--its infinitely more healthy with no nasty gluten nor fructose.

even light soy sauce is a lot of sodium
Stir-fries are great. One can use frozen vegetables, just cook them after the fresh vegetables are al-dente. We use soy sauce, peanut sauce, and even flavorful dressings. Using fresh meat? cook it in the oil first, set it aside, then cook the fresh vegetables. Shredded Nappa cabbage works too.
I wonder if you could use a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables instead?
The only bad stuff in this is the chicken, omit that & you have a wonderfully nutritious meal.

I use food club parisian style frozen vegetables 1.89 a bag. If I am feeling like more brocolli I add it. Recipe sounds yummy.love the portion size

Sounds great. I will try this for dinner tomorrow evening. I agree with showing a close up of the finished dish as my eyes aren't only bigger than my stomach, they are the path to my stomach. If it doesn't look appetizing I will not even try to make the recipe.

Sounds like a very quick recipe----but I usually use fresh chicken and brown it before finishing this type of recipe -- but like the sauce Meg used
Great video, however, I think it would be a great idea to show an up close view of the finished dish. What something looks like can be a make it or forget it moment.
