Move strawberries from the dessert course to the salad course. Strawberries are delicious when combined with tender spinach and crunchy toasted almonds.
I was following this video and it stopped in the middle of it, So I will try again later , I do love most Salads , I can't wait to try this one from what I did see , Is there a place we can go to print these recipes?

Love this salad. Can't wait to try her dressing. I recently ate a tasty honey viniagrette and wondered how they made it. Sometimes I add red onion slices, grilled chicken (or sliced boiled egg) and sprinkle a little bit of feta on top. I love onion and feta against the sweet of the dressing

would be nice if video come with subtitle so that hearing impaired people can learn new healthy recipe as well. The salad that I saw looks good.

@ VICHAG26: Extra virgin olive oil has a relatively low saturated fat content and is mostly monounsaturated. An general rule of thumb: saturated fats are solid at room temperature: think of butter, lard, animal fats, and coconut oil. Unsaturated fats are liquid, like olive or canola oils.
- 6/24/12
Sounds delish.... but since EVOO is a saturated fat (I get my omegas elsewhere) I plan to double-up on the other dressing ingredients. Can't wait! - 6/12/12
She makes it so easy and I love the tips ..I have alot of nuts sitting out but not much longer now .Those nuts are going in the fridge in a couple secounds... - 6/11/12
I do a version similar to this, but instead of the almonds, I add kiwi sliced, and 3 tablespoons of Kraft Light Raspberry Vinaigrette. For the almonds, I substitute sunflower seeds. It's just a bit more flavorful.
- 8/17/10
I listened twice and here's the recipe: 1/3 cup almonds (toasted as shown) Whisk: 1 T balsamic Vinegar 1 t Dijon mustard 1 t honey 3 T extra virgin olive oil Add: 3 cups baby spinach 3/4 cup fresh strawberries add to dressing and add almonds & cracked pepper
I love this recipe...love spinach and the dressing with mustard is ok --I like the brown mustard better. I add chicken, left over steak etc. good

Great video. I've been cooking for 40 years and still am learning. I think this will taste great. Thanks for the tip re: organic vs non-organic food.
- 3/23/10
I've tried to replicate a strawberry salad I had years ago but never could figure out the key ingredient in the dressing - it's the mustard and you really brought it home for me. I think I'll take this to ladies Bible study tonight!
- 3/23/10
The video format is really a good way of demonstrating both the technique and the appeal of the dish. Yum! And I like your enthusiasm and clear instructions. Thanks so much.
- 3/23/10
had this for lunch . I LOVED IT! BUT I USED 3 TBS BALSOMIC VINGAR AND ONLY ONE TBS OIL TASTED GREAT BROUGH CALORIES DONE TO 91. LOW FAT VERSTIION.
