This is just a basic breakfast shake I use when I'm in a hurry. It features Shaklee's Cinch protein mix.
Each mini-muffin contains 1.8 grams of fiber. Excellent for breakfast because at under 150 calories it is filling.
Rather than letting the bread soak, I just make sure the surface is covered before sticking the bread on the skillet. Quick and easy to prepare, this breakfast sticks with me all morning long!
(Note: I usually enjoy this with a little bit of Organic Pure Syrup and 1/3 of an apple.)
Using low fat crescent rolls and sausage makes this recipe acceptable for a weekend breakfast treat my whole family enjoys. (Reheats nicely as well)
