There are some slight tweaks- I don't add the Splenda (1 packet if you want to) or salt (dash) and I use vanilla almond milk instead of light vanilla soy as recommended in the original recipe- but that's a personal product preference. Also, I don't get 5 pancakes, I make 4- but that's just because of the size I make.

Oatmeal with a little more texture than regular quick oats. If you prefer a smoother texture, substitute quick oats for rolled oats.
This amount gave me about 3 small pancakes and warning they are VERY light, flaky and fall apart but taste good!!!
