I found this recipe, an adaptation of another one, on the Angry Chicken Blog. I make these all the time - they are great frozen and reheated in the toaster.
Sadly this is high in sodium, I will work on making my own curry in the meantime this is really yummy.
This is good as a sandwich, on crackers or on top of a salad.

This gluten free bread rises well and is designed for a bread machine. It works for packed sandwiches without drying out! I put in instructions that should work for any machine, and probably would work if you made by hand.
