I've seen many Taco Soup recipes, but this is my current version. I've attempted to cut down sodium by using low sodium products whenever possible (still ends up being a bit high if you ask me). I keep trying to find other ways to make this a little bit healthier along the way.
This recipe has been adapted from the Betty Crocker Sausage Cheese Balls Recipe.
This is a low calorie quick fix for that in between hunger. Just keep it cooled and warm up a cup up for a snack. It help take the edge off.
