Dressing for Roast Chicken Salad
Add to enough skinless chicken breast to serve six, roasted, bones removed, and a stalk of celery, and one cup of diced fruit [apple, grapes, pineapple, Mandarin orange]. Do not add dressing until just before serving. If too dry, add fat free chicken broth for moisture.Submitted by: 60SIXTY
