Didn't have many ingredients around the house. This was on the back of the bag, but I just changed actual ham to ham flavoring. So half of the bouillon listed above is ham flavor and the other half is chicken.
A very quick, filling low-calorie soup that smells wonderful as it's cooking.
So tasty! My husband actually liked it (can't go wrong with bacon).
Delicious... Got it from the food network but I tweeked it a little... enjoy
I was home sick today and while Pinterest'ing my sickness woes away debating whether I would be trekking to work, I found this picture of Lasagna Soup (original recipe featured on this foodie blog - www.joanne-eatswellwithothers.com/2012/10/
recipe-lasagna-soup.html). But the recipe (while very nice and simple) didn't quite ring of "LASAGNA" to me.. in fact it was missing the key part of a good gooey layered treat.. the ricotta cheese and the fresh "mozzarel!".. and then I thought of another recipe featured in this month's Bon Appetit for Ricotta Gnudi and Pomodoro sauce (www.bonappetit.com/recipes/2013/02/ricott
a-gnudi-with-pomodoro-sauce) and this recipe was born... a warm bellyful of lasagna flavors that was perfect to warm my body and soul.

A great appetizer and can be prepped ahead and served at room temperature.
This recipe calls for the use of Fillo Cups, but you could just as easily keep the shrimp whole, serve with crustinis or rustic flat bread and keep the creme fraiche mixture on the side for guests to serve themselves.
I make it mild, so spice it up if you like more of a kick. Rinse beans if you want lower sodium. I removed the salt from the recipe... but it still shows. You do NOT need to add any additional salt...
I needed a simple salad dressing because I had run out of mine and wasn't going to run to the store just for that so I whipped this up. It's open to interpretation. Let me know what you think. :)
