When I'm sick I make this in the morning so that when I get home after work I have something to make me feel better.
This is a soup created with the Harry and David's Tuscan Bean Soup Mix
A low calorie soup. I make this soup when I want to jump start my weight loss. It tastes great and I feel full for hours after eating it.

HINT: I use the baby carrots and steam them whole. Once they are soft it's easier to choped them
