This is such an amazing alternative to the regular fried chicken cordon bleu!! Absolutely delicious!!

Can be served with an Alfredo, cheese or Marinara sauce.

I am making this tonight, my fiance loves havarti cheese so I thought I would tr these few things together to see how they all taste. It sounds good and easy. It is a great source of protein too.

Quite elegant for being so simple. Serve with roasted asparagus and cauliflower. Serve apple pie for desert topped with vanilla frozen yogurt.

An easy and lower calorie version of a fancy dish!! I use one chicken breast and split it into two servings, but it can easily be doubled or tripled. I usually serve brown rice and steamed vegetables for a side dish.

This is great, but if you are wary about calories try substitutung with lower calorie spread and a low fat swiss cheese. We also use the Low Sodium Stove Top Stuffing. Cuts the sodiumin half.
