Heat skillet. Beat egg lightly in small bowl. Whisk in butter, milk and vanilla, finally sugar, flour. Whisk until smooth. Pour mixture into shallow pan or pie plate. Soak bread without over-saturating. Spray Pam on skillet. Cook until golden brown.
