Excellent for lunch, brunch or as an appetizer.
Use reduced cream cheese ( Weight watchers is the lowest ) and it taste yummy. I used less parmesan ,so I may use the regular Hellmans, but you may use the light mayo.
I basically didn't know what to make for breakfast and came up with this easy to make, but with ingredients that were straight from my fridge. All vegetable ingredients can be sustitued to whatever you may have in fridge, but this tasted great once I was done with it.
Hearty and yummy. Top with peanut butter and a little maple syrup!
Blend all roughly chopped ingredients in blender, serve with a slice of avocado (not included in calorie count). Chill for a few hours, adjust seasonings, serves 4.

Prepare the dough in the bread machine. Put all liquid ingredients first, then flour and dried yeast.
Modified version of bread pudding with white sauce published in the Burda Modern magazine, 2006/9. This recipe has no apple custard inside, but raisins. The milk, eggs, sugar, and butter portions are reduced, cream is substituted by cream cheese.
Fast & easy.....red onions can be substituted for shallots, if you like
