Christmas Recipes (Most Popular)
This recipe was made to be a healthier recipe than it should have. We reduced calories, total fat, cholesteral, and total carbs. We replaced the ground beef with very lean ground beef. We used peas instead of peppers and wheat spaghetti instead of our standard. Our cooking method has changed alittle. We are going to SEAR our meat to try and get as much a flavor out as possible in little time. Take beef our a reserve dripping to SAUTEE the vegtables for 3 minutes. Then add remaining ingrediants EXCPET spaghetti. While cooking vegtable mix, get a pot with warm water and BOIL spaghetti un til tender. When done put spaghetti in mix cook for 2 minutes then serve hot with a garnish of parsly. Portion size is enough for about 7-8 very hungry people.
