Same as a refridgerated cheese cake, but with out the graham cracker crust, will make 8 6-8 oz servings, depends on how much you whip the milk. If you like you can make strawberry or blueberry sugar free glaze for the topping, I just like it the way it is.

This recipe which originally appeared in Southern Living magazine, called for six eggs. I have had better success with eight. Evaporated milk can be substituted for whole milk. Other flavorings can be substituted for vanilla, but not over 3 teaspoons total. This is a family favorite.

A great pie that's good for you! Packed with protein and many other nutrients, it still tastes a little naughty because it's got a graham cracker crust. Half of the calories come from that crust, so feel free to substitute that for a lower-calorie option, if desired.
