In the 80's there use to be jello pudding pops. I do not know if the company used gelatin to make the pudding pops smooth and silky. But using it in ice cream especially Keto makes this ice cream firm but scoop-able.

first you put the put the canned peaches ina pan, second add brown sugar, third add vanilla extract ,fourth stir,fifth put the stove on high when you see steam turn it off ,sixth get a a foil pan , seventh cut up the pie crust and layer it on the pan till covered,eighth pour the peaches in it, ninth cut slices of pie crust and layer it like a checker board ,now you put it in the oven on 450 degrees,tenth take out when light brown walla your finish
