Chunky Vegie & Tomato Salsa with boiled potatoes
Veggies cooked with Garlic, red wine and tinned tomatoes, can be served with steamed potatoes or mash. I would even add some beef to the dish if you want a more balanced meal.
This would make a great side dish to have with some steak and boiled potatoes.
My Grandmother Gave me beans out of her garden and told me to cook them with onion, tomato and garlic, So I did but added my own flare to the dish and added some red wine and extra veggies and a tiny bit of sugar, and it turned out really well.
(Add any veggies you want I didn't measure out the quantities 100% when I made this dish, so there was probably extra veggies in mine but I wanted to get a rough Idea of the calorie count of the meal I prepared)
