I’m a die-hard fan of Tres Leches or Three Milks Cake. Here in Miami, it’s a very popular Cuban dessert and can be found just about anywhere. The dessert consists of a 6 egg-based cake seeped in a sweetened milk syrup and topped with merengue . . . absolute heaven but calorie suicide!
I started thinking of a way to make my own version while lowering the calorie intake and prep time. This recipe is quick, easy, and a yummy alternative!
I have made this recipe with everything from mandarin oranges to raspberries. If I can find a fruit to match a sugar-free jello, I try it.

I have modified this brownie recipe to reflect a healthier version. These are one of my favorite treats. They are chewy and chocolaty.
Strawberry preserves and fresh strawberries double the strawberry flavor and color.
Flour-less/Gluten-free cookies. You can add other spices as desired to change the flavor. Good basic cookie. Fat is high but all healthy fats from nuts.
Got this recipe from where we picked our berries. Made a few changes to lighten it up. Excellent warmed up!
Absolutely sinful. Serve with crumbled meringue cookies and a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt. MMMM

Traditional Pennsylvania Dutch Recipe. The molasses in this recipe is not found in grocery stores but can be ordered online or found in Amish Markets. Regular molasses can be used, but does not taste the same (not as good!).
