This is a yogurt pie my angel, Kathi used to make for me when I was a teen. Although she's gone to Heaven, her delicious (and easy) yogurt pie lives on.

This is NOT low calorie and definitely a "special occasion" dessert, BUT it IS low carb. 4.5 net carbs in an 8th of the pie. Even less for one of the 9 pieces in a 9" x 9" dish. That's pretty awesome once in awhile for folks who can't eat sugar, like diabetics!
This can serve 2 [or 4 if you're being really good], but it is awesome and fairly low carb considering it really is cake. I was going to add a photo, but it got eaten too quick!
Just over two net carbs each mini cupcake and that's including the frosting. Yes, you can absolutely halve this recipe, but I will warn you, they are YUMMY and they go away FAST!

A thick and dare I say it, creamy healthy "milk shake." Can even be made in the morning and fruit added. Soy milk is thicker than regular milk and has the creamy texture that 1% lacks. You can even add malt too it for a few more calories but so good!
