I have not used this to make muffins with but if you can make 24 muffins it would work out to be 2 weight watcher points. I usually make this as a birthday cake, but I want to try it with the applesauce to make 2 pt muffins.

These are a variation with less sugar. If you prefer chewies with a sweeter or crispier texture, just replace the flour with powdered sugar.
