I listed this recipe with 8 servings because I think its more realistic. When I make a cake, I have a tiny sliver, then 15 minute later go back for another sliver, so that about 1/8 I would think. I also calulated it out at 12 servings and added it to the bottom of the directions

There are many variations to this, any way you have it, it's gonna be good.

I cut the sugar in half and substituted butter for applesauce. 1:1 ratio.

Shortbread Cheesecake

Mix 2 cup flour, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 egg beaten ~ rub into crumbs, Save 3/4 c for topping and press rest into 9" x 13" pan
Mix: 4 cups Rhubarb, 1 1/2 cups sugar,1/2 cups flour and 2 eggs (lightly beaten), put on top of crumb layer, cover with 3/4 c crumbs. Sprinkle some cinnimon and sugar.
