This is my updated version with no extra salt added by using Mrs Dash seasoning
Recipe is for 1 piece, but I make a batch at one time. Not as crispy as fried chicken, but better for the waistline.
This is the recipe from WebMD minus the blue cheese and with flour instead of wheat tortillas; you can add 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese to the yogurt/mayo sauce but remember to add the calories!
A hit in our house, a definate favorite. Quick easy hot sandwiches.
adapted: used fat free half and half (instead of heavy cream) and 2 tlbs canola oil (not 4)
