I'm allergic to dairy and other preservatives so I learned to make my own hot chocolate for those cravings:)
This is a vegan alternative to dairy based smoothies. It is a great frozen treat good for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.
This makes a large amount of smoothie. If you aren't super hungry, you could half it.
Peanut Butter banana Chocolate smoothie
I couldn't eat after having a tooth pulled, so I came up with this to try and stay on track.
a protein shake with Biggest loser whey protein, silk soy milk, and a scoop of chocolate ice cream.
Great flavor, and Very Good on Potassium.
Low Calories and Very Low Sodium!!!
rainbow Sherbet, 2% milk, and lettuce. My kids loved it and had no clue the Lettuce was in there.
made this yesterday and my family absolutely loved it. Makes a wonderful dessert drink, or breakfast energy drink. full of antioxidants from the blueberries and yummy too. usually my kids don't like blueberry drinks but they loved this one.
