These are wonderful! I use a certified GF oat flour. After many failed attempts, I finally created something worth sharing. My family actually said they prefered these to regular biscuits! You could also add in herbs and cheese if you desire.

Add some extra chocolate chips on top before baking and nuts or coconut flakes or whatever. Adjust calories though for any additions.
Combine all ingredients in crock pot, add water to just cover and let cook until chicken is thouroughly cooked.
