I got this recipe from a friend who grew up in South India. This recipe hasn't been passed down for generations or anything. Her mom grew up in Delhi and this is from her neighbors/friends.
Makes a hearty dinner for two adults, with leftovers for lunch.

delish hummus, healthy and super tasty! this was a huge hit at the last party I took it to...I have made hummus before and it never had that addictive-ness i love about GOOD hummus. SO i researched, added MORE garlic, tahini, and red peppers for a great flavor! It is seriously delish!
