Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1.5 cups diced onion
    1.5 small dice red potato (1 large red)
    1 can tomato sauce
    .5 tsp. each of cinnamon, turmeric, and ginger
    1 tbsp. curry powder

Directions
