I have made this chicken a few times and every time I make it everyone in the house raves about it! It is full of flavor and absolutely delicious! One of the best parts is it's really EASY and QUICK to make :) Hope y'all like it! :)

This is a delicious, healthy, homemade alternative to store-bought salad dressings. In fact, a lot of my family think its better! Toss with some romaine lettuce and chicken for lunch, or even dip cucumbers in it for a healthy snack!

I have been looking for ways to get more spinach and healthy fats in my diet. This is definitely a creamy comforting dish that gives me some of that super food we call spinach along with the healthy fats. This recipe could use some tweaking, but it tastes good just as I have it made it today
