This Spaghetti meal is packed full of flavor and veggies while it is low in calories, fat and sodium. Each serving is one cup of sauce and two cups of spaghetti squash! The sauce can be made ahead or even freezed. I usually make the sauce and one squash then freeze half of the sauce for another meal.
This is a Weight Watchers recipe with a little bit of twists! It's 3 points per serving.
