This pizza dough is a higher protein version of the usual 1/2 whole wheat 1/2 all purpose flour kind. It taste great and is worth the extra trouble. When compared to the first recipe this one contain oil and half the wheat flour is whole grain.

This is my mother's mother's lasagna recipe and it is the very best - I don't bother to eat lasagna out anymore because it always disappoints. Not necessarily terrible for you if you can manage to eat it in moderation!
