I was craving a dish I used to make similliar to this before my healthy lifestyle change. I think it is a great compromise.
This is my own take on a recipe that I had found. This originally had peas, I switched it up and did green beans and it was originally 600 calories! I wanted to make a healthy version of this soup and it's not bad. I also renamed it because of changing some of the items and making it my own. It's a nice warm soup that you can start in the morning and have it ready for supper.
I've changed a few things about this recipe to make it lower in fat, and whole wheat! My hubby to be and kids eat this all the time.
Just a quick note: my hubby to be eats a lot, and 2 slices of this pizza will fill him full! also, the dough can be rolled extra thin to form 2 smaller pizzas with a thinner crust.
The prep time includes rising time for the crust.

Great lunch or dinner, healthy, great for kids, too! Multiply the recipe by 4 to get enough for 8 pizza buns! There is lots of protein for low calories in this meal.
I make a big pot of this and it lasts for days, it's a really satisfying soup, especially with a nice green salad on the side
