This is a good, yummy snack when trying to diet low-carb. With only 7.5 net carbs, it's great for dieting. Of course, adding more peanut butter to add more flavor will rack up the carbs, but that's your choice. Using creamy peanut butter might make the taste stronger, too. Notably, I use Jiff, but any type works. Also: Using one stalk of celery but the same amount of peanut butter would probably make it taste better, but lessen the fiber. Your net carbs would still be less (6.2) and you'd probably get more taste out of it.

You can use light sour cream if preferred but the light versions have more sugar than full cream. It is a recipe that can be altered to your own taste. I found a similar recipe on the Net a while ago, I cannot remember the original recipe but this is the one I use for myself.
