This is a recipe I modified to fit my low carb low fat diet. By just replacing half the all purpose flour with soy flour and using non fat yogurt and reduced fat sour cream. I not only cut calories but cut carbs. I used brown sugar blend and sugar blend in the recipe as well.

A very tasty phase 1, low carb soup. It freezes and reheats well. Add diced carrots for phase 2 and beyond.
Dark greens veggie soup.
Measurements are a guess (I use what I have). Usually use 1/2 of a london broil or roast, fat trimmed off.
These work great for breakfast or as a snack. I sometimes cut them into smaller pieces (yield 32) for little snacks.
Low carb (phase 2 & 3) because of using whole wheat flour and limited amount of sugar. My preference is to use Splenda and molasses vs brown sugar.
I combined the best of a few different protein pancake recipes. Add bananas, peaches, blueberries, or whatever appeals to you. These are really good! Delicious alternative for those needing wheat-free products.
