A juicy burger with a side of crispy rosemary potatoes and a side salad.
This one I made without adding the nuts to mixing bowl. I added 6 walnut halves to my serving dish, after I added one serving of fruit salad. Makes a nice lightly sweet and salty and nutty combo and is nice for a light lunch main course.
This sandwich can be served open faced if you have a broiler. Nice cruchy way to enjoy tuna salad
Very quick and cheap -- I make a big pot of these lentils on Sunday night, split into four containers, and have healthy and fulfilling lunches for the week.
Could very easily be made vegetarian by substituting vegetable broth instead of the chicken stock.
