I found this on Spark Recipes. I changed it up a little to adapt to the ingredients I had at home, and I loved it! Hope you enjoy as well.
For a quick lunch, make this chicken wrap using leftover chicken you have shredded. Maybe have two of them.
We used this for tuna salad, potato salad or chicken salad! Just replace the tuna with boiled potatos or cooked chicken and voila! New salad!
