Grill or broil chicken , then cube
Heat all other ingredients except cream cheese
10 minutes before serving mix in cream cheese and serve hot.

First trip to the farmer's market of the season brought us wonderful tender cauliflower and brocolli. Added summer squash, pasta, and grilled chicken for a nice cool lunch on a hot summer day.

1.5 oz. bacon (1 slice)
2 T. Butter
2 T. half and half cream
2 T. Parmesan cheese
1 T. tomato paste
.25 tsp. onion, I used 1.5 T. fresh onion
