I needed to use up some leftover ham and cabbage, and this is what I came up with.
A moist and flavorful burger that would make good meatballs, as well. If you like cheese on your burger, a slice of mozzarella would be a nice compliment to the flavors.

What I love about this meal is not just how yummy it is, but cube steaks are very cheap!
Things we do different from the original recipe:
-We don't put in the fenugreek leaves
-Sometimes we'll substitute the mango chutney for peach preserves. Still very good!
-We only use the chicken stock
-Original recipe calls for Canola oil to fry with, but we use vegetable
-Original recipe calls for 1 cup of whole milk, we use 1%
this is something i put together, it's very good its a single serving only because i only cook for myself my children are grown and live on there own. i kept it simple but very good.well i hope you all enjoy it as much as i do.
