This is a recipe George wrote down as he was making this tortilla with his mother Ethel. I credit it to george, but it can also be Ethel's.

You can make any type of quiche by using the half and half and egg mixture and just add different ingredients, George like broccoli swiss which uses 1 1/2 box thawed frozen broccoli and 4 to 6 oz swiss cheese instead of bacon and onions.

This is how my family likes our stuffed peppers. It's more of a casserole. We don't like large chunks of peppers. I also switch it to ground turkey regularly and its still great!

(sea salt, 1% milk instead)

Modified for 2 slices of bread instead of 4 slices.
