I had this in the freezer from a month ago, right before I started SP. It's not too bad, but I had to really scale the serving size back! I usually make this into two smaller loaves, rather than one large. Cooking time given is for one loaf. Cut each smaller loaf into 8 slices for individual (small) servings.
