Simple spaghetti recipe with beef sauce. If you like your sketti extra saucy, double the pasta sauce. I also add garlic and red pepper flakes to taste.
If you want more veggies in your meatloaf, here is a tasty recipe. Contains quinoa not bread crumbs and raisins for a treat. I used carrot pulp left over from juicing.
2.5lbs lean gr beef
.50c-chopped onion
.50c-chopped gr.pepper
2slices natures own whole wheat bread
2-lg eggs beaten
1-tsp salt
1-tbsp pepper
1-tsp-oregano
.50 tomato sauce
This is a great, quick, supper and turkey can be substituted for beef. can be served in tortillas also.
Best with pasta, this is a creamy but veggie packed sauce. If you want to go low carb have it over zucchini pasta made with a spiral slicer.
Yummy, quick and much better than take out!
Can use any kind of meat or meat substitute as well.
