Works great with salmon: numbers if using 1 1/2 lbs of salmon and fat free sour cream are 368 calories, 22 g fat, 4 g sat fat, 35 g protein, 5 g carbs, 100 mg cholesterol, and 383 mg sodium and would be 4 servings
I don't usually like tuna pasta dishes, I think there is usually too much tuna and too much cheese
I just threw this together and it was very good, nice and light...I might even omit the peas next time for something super simple, enjoy :)
Mix together mushroom soup, chicken broth, mushrooms (can be raw) and curry powder.
Mix throughly
Add cooked pasta and drained tuna, mix throughly. Sometimes it is necessary to add some more liquid, milk, water or more chicken broth can all be used.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake in a 350 degree oven for approx. 45 minutes.
Cheese can be added later instead of at the beginning if you want it browned on the top.
