I made this tonight with brown rice and fiber one as my substitutions to healthy it up. I used no salt, but the fiber one and tuna and egg have sodium naturally.
simple tuna and noodle. This is my original recipe. I like it because it recooks well and it's how I've always made it. Thinking about finding ways to cut some of the fat and cals from the dish, but wanted to also find out how many calories were actually in this recipie
This is total comfort food. You can make it with boneless meat or chicken or shrimp for a non-vegetarian meal.
