I just through whatever I had in my pantry/fridge together and came up with this!!
Great for a Friday night company dinner. Light with bright colored Vegtables adds to a sea food dish that isn't fried.
This is an Italian dish using tuna, tomatoes, vegetables and herbs. It is a low calorie, very filling and very tasty dish. Suitable for all occasions.
Fresh and hearty, you can choose to lightly steam your tilapia before mixing with the rest of the ingredients or "cure" raw tilapia filets in the citrus and salt. Either way it is delicious and very colorful. This dish can be served alone as the entire meal or with rice and beans( just remember, more food, more calories)
I'm not a fan of fish, but I really like this recipe and find that it covers up that fishy taste.

I'm not a fan of mayo and this tuna salad has become a quick and easy favorite. Tangy and flavorful. Great on crackers or toasted whole grain bread.
