Ingredients

    # 1 Small Onion, raw (chopped)
    # Garlic, 1 clove
    # 1 tbsp Olive Oil
    # 2 tbsp Thyme, ground
    # 2 tbsp Oregano
    # 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
    # 1.5 can Tuna, Canned in Water
    # 1 can Green Giant Sweetcorn with Peppers
    # 1 can Green Lentils

Directions

*Makes enough for 2/3 servings*

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan

Add onions and garlic and saute til soft and golden

Add all the herbs and spices and stir for a minute

Add the tuna, sweetcorn and lentils and turn the heat to its lowest setting.

Simmer for approx 5-10mins or to taste.

Serve with Boiled Basmati Rice etc
