This is a pretty basic cream sauce. I like a lot of seafood so I buy half a pound of each, but you can always cut back, or use another type of meat. Just add your favorite pasta!
You can throw in everything but the kitchen sink in this stew. It is a great clean out the fridgemeal. Garlic toast is a great addition. I found this through Change One and tweaked it a bit to suit us.
