I used a SP recipe, and added celery and onion. Left out mayo and added the sour cream. Even though this is a 4 serving recipe, I eat 2 servings if it fits into my daily calorie count
Season as desired. I use a fish seasoning blend or salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder

You could use non-fat ricotta and reduce the fat or a smaller banana and reduce the calories, but I was working with what I had so my fruit wouldn't go bad. I'm sure vanilla extract or some other would work as well, actually no extract would probably work since the fruit cocktail juice is poured over the ricotta and gives it some sweetness
