I use the Starkist Tuna in the pouch, as is, and add the other ingredients to it. I make sure that it is mashed up pretty well, so that it spreads evenly.

These are very good adn creamy. Takes away the "fishy" taste of the tuna. Fry up extras to refrigerate for snacks or quick lunches later.
Ingredients:
Plantains, 250 grams (remove)
Herring, 100 grams (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
*Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
Cabbage, fresh, 100 grams (remove)
Palm Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Snapper (fish), 1 fillet (remove)
Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Curry powder, .5 tbsp (remove)
This is made with Duke's real mayonnaise (not low-fat because they add sugar when they take out the fat). Duke's is the only mayonnaise I use because it has no added sugar,
good dinner that works well together.
serves well with steamed baby carrots, asparagus, and a glass of white table wine

ommit tuna to make vegan, or just serve seperatly as a sandwhich and dip with veggies. very good rolled into a chinese cabbage leaf instead of bread, on the side of spicey veggie soup.
