This is a low-calorie adaption of a recipe I found on another web site. I removed the flour, and the fillets are quite good without it!
This is a yummy dish I had at THE LAKE OF THE OZARKS. It is a great low calorie low fat meal that will fill you up!
Adapted from a Cooking light Recipe (June 2011). I added a jalapeno pepper to spice it up a bit.
My mother in law made this one night for dinner. I was a little worried because I have never been a big fan of tuna. But it was amazing! She used more cheese, but for calories/fat I decided to cut it in half. You can pretty much replace the peas with any veggie. I have used green beans before and it was still yummy. Also if you can't handle tuna you can replace it w/ chicken!
