Does antipasta exist outside of NJ? Hmm... I don't know. It is a staple here when you order any kind of food from a pizzeria. Can you get more than just pizza at pizzerias outside the NYC metro area? Hmm... I don't know. What I do know is, if you are in the NYC metro area, order a pizza, and stuffed shells, and garlic knots, and antipasta salad, for dinner one night and live the NYC-area cultural food experience. Or - make MY lowfat antipasta for any time and any meal.

This great as a dip or a salad dressing. I like mine thick but you could thin yours with a touch of milk. I use mine to bind a cold quinoa salad for a tangy taste.
