Even my two year old loves this dressing. I made it up from stuff I had looking for a low cal dressing and didn't want to run to the store!
Makes 1 LARGE spicy Chicken Taco Salad. You can double up on the meat sauce if you want to make 2 salads. Great way to use up left over roasted chicken breasts. Don't let the ingredient list scare you. It's simple to make. You can just use taco seasoning mix if you want, but there's a lot of salt in the seasoning mixes from the store.
I used 1/3 cup of the red wine vinegar, but I like my dressing zingy. You may find it a little too strong, so you should reduce the vinegar to your preference.
Maple can offer a smoky-sweet note to many dishes. In this salad dressing, it serves as a sultry substitute for honey.

Puree beans, oil, vinegar, garlic, basil and sali in blender until smooth. Makes 1 cup.
This is a great dish that I have great it to have aside meat for dinner but you can have it on its own if you are a vegetarian or as filling salad for lunch.
This is a good combination between salad and pork meat. It is easy &fast to make and delicious..
A refreshing salad - I served it with chopped avocado and a bit of crusty bread. You could leave out the garlic if you liked.
