Ingredients

    I actually use a can (the builder only allows for cups) of each of the beans and added the chick peas to the recipe because that's my personal preference.
    can of green beans, drained
    can of yellow beans, drained
    can of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 to 1 onion, chopped or in rings
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1/4 water

Directions

drain and rinse beans as necessary. chop green pepper. dice onions or use rings. stir vinegar, water and splenda together and pour over all of the above ingredients. refrigerate. I removed the oil from the original recipe and don't notice the diffference.
